Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA)
The Canadian Securities Administrators is an umbrella organization of Canada's provincial and territorial securities regulators. It works to improve, coordinate, and harmonize regulation of the Canadian capital markets across the country's 13 provincial and territorial jurisdictions. The CSA develops a harmonized approach to securities regulation and is responsible for the national registration system, prospectus rules, and investor protection initiatives.
