Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK)

The Otoritas Jasa Keuangan is Indonesia's integrated financial services regulator, responsible for supervising the banking sector, capital markets, and non-bank financial industries including insurance, pension funds, and microfinance institutions. Established in 2011, the OJK took over regulatory functions from Bank Indonesia and Bapepam-LK to provide integrated oversight of Indonesia's growing financial sector. It plays a key role in driving financial inclusion in one of the world's most populous nations.
