Mwali International Services Authority (MISA)
The Mwali International Services Authority is the financial services regulator of Mwali (Mohéli), one of the three islands of the Union of the Comoros in the Indian Ocean. MISA issues International Brokerage and Clearing House licences and related financial services authorisations to offshore entities. While operating in a less stringent regulatory environment than Tier-1 jurisdictions, MISA provides a legal licensing framework for international forex and CFD brokers serving clients in emerging markets across Africa and Asia.
