Financial Services Commission Mauritius (FSC)

The Financial Services Commission of Mauritius is the integrated regulator for the non-banking financial services sector and global business in Mauritius. Established under the Financial Services Act 2007, the FSC supervises investment dealers, investment advisers, collective investment schemes, insurance companies, and other financial intermediaries. Mauritius is a well-established offshore financial centre and the FSC issues Investment Dealer licences to international brokers, providing a structured regulatory framework that is internationally recognised and subject to FATF compliance standards.
