BVI Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC)

The British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission is the territory's single integrated financial services regulator, responsible for the licensing, supervision, and development of financial services in and from the British Virgin Islands. Established under the Financial Services Commission Act 2001, the BVI FSC oversees investment business, banking, insurance, and company management.
