Complaint about withholding of funds and pressure for a new deposit

This platform kept my money. I made a payment of 100 dollars to the page; it was the only thing I had to start my investment. However, I had a serious family problem and had to withdraw the money, but they say that to withdraw the money I have to send 100 dollars more, and I do not have that money. Currently I do not have a job and I do not have savings. I think it is disrespectful that they do not want to return my money....
